Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development – Work in tandem with cross‑functional teams to anticipate advertiser needs; evaluate data and feedback to discern trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Product Oversight and Enhancement – Supervise the evolution of tools; drive product roadmap, set timelines, and prioritize tasks based on impact and business needs.
  • User Experience and Interface – Ensure intuitive, smooth user experience; procure and integrate user feedback for continuous refinement.
  • Integration and Compatibility – Ensure tools integrate seamlessly within the TikTok advertising ecosystem and with external platforms.
  • Training, Support, and Documentation – Spearhead creation and update of documentation, user manuals, and FAQs; conduct trainings to equip users with best‑practice knowledge.
  • Stakeholder and Partner Communication – Serve as the liaison between product teams and internal stakeholders, communicating updates, features, and feedback.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing – Coordinate with QA/PM to test tools; organize beta‑testing phases with select advertisers for real‑world feedback.
  • Operational Efficiency – Monitor performance metrics, aim for high uptime and swift ticket resolution, and refine tool functionalities based on support feedback.
  • Continuous Learning and Industry Trends – Stay updated with industry trends, competitor features, and technological advancements to keep TikTok’s tools cutting‑edge.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of product operations experience with digital ad products or SaaS platforms; familiarity with advertising solutions at Google, Meta, and Snapchat.
  • Fast learner and self‑starter with strong judgment and original thinking.
  • Commercial mindset; experienced in building business cases from market research and analysis.
  • Strong data and business analysis skills; comfortable with spreadsheets.
  • Customer‑service orientation and experience in sales/client‑facing roles.

Job Information

Compensation description (Annually): Base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121,600 – $232,645. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑term and long‑term disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays; 10 paid sick days; and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated upon hire).
