Opportunity
We’re reimagining the future of creativity and marketing for enterprises — and we’d love for you to lead that charge! As Principal Designer for Adobe GenStudio, you’ll help define how the world’s top brands harness the power of generative AI to tell their stories. We’re building next‑generation tools that help marketing teams create, activate, and optimize content at scale—making every campaign more intelligent, efficient, and creatively inspired. If you’re passionate about crafting thoughtful design systems and experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible, this is the place to do your best work.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll shape the next generation of creative and marketing experiences powered by generative AI across Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise. We’re looking for someone who can define and elevate the design vision for products that transform how enterprises create, collaborate, and deliver content at scale. You’ll combine storytelling, systems thinking, and user empathy to craft products that feel both innovative and unmistakably Adobe.
You’ll guide cohesive design narratives and user journeys across GenStudio’s campaign orchestration and Firefly’s enterprise‑grade generative capabilities. Working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams, you’ll make sure every experience feels intuitive, powerful, and connected—turning complex AI workflows into delightful, human‑centered tools.
We love designers who think big and get hands‑on. You’ll prototype, explore, and iterate through concepts and motion studies, all while ensuring exceptional design integrity through launch. You’ll also mentor and inspire other designers, helping shape the craft and culture of the team. Together, we’ll reimagine how generative AI empowers marketing organizations to scale creativity, accelerate content production, and deliver personalized experiences that resonate.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 15+ years of experience designing and shipping world‑class digital products.
- Proven ability to create and communicate a bold, unified design vision.
- A tinkerer’s mindset—comfortable with prototyping, vibe coding, and experimentation.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication that encourages collaboration across functions and other product and design teams at Adobe.
- A drive to explore what’s next in design, AI, and creative technology.
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
