Role Description: The Marketing Associate supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels at DEEP. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assist cross-functional teams, track timelines and deliverables, and help ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to campaign development from initial planning through performance reporting.
Campaign Support: Assist in developing and scoping integrated campaign plans that align with business goals and target audiences.
Project Coordination: Help maintain campaign project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource trackers to support on-time, accurate execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams to gather requirements and coordinate the development of campaign assets.
Execution Assistance: Support the launch and day-to-day management of campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and paid media channels.
Vendor & Partner Support: Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and freelancers on asset delivery and logistics as needed.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs, compile data, and assist with reporting to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Process Support: Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of campaign management processes, tools, and documentation.
Team Support: Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing initiatives and assist senior team members on larger projects.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills; experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar is a plus.
Excellent time management with strong attention to detail.
Basic analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and professional communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Understanding of core digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid media, events, and content marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably supporting campaign or project coordination.
Experience assisting in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns is preferred.
