Hours & Pay
  • Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, typical business hours

What You'll Do (Daily Tasks & Responsibilities)

Warehouse & Parts Coordination
  • Receive and document incoming parts orders
  • Sort and distribute received parts, assigning them to correct work tickets
  • Alert parts technicians when customers should be notified
  • Keep the warehouse organized and parts cleanly labeled
Warranty & Documentation
  • File warranty claims accurately
  • Verify hardcard notes meet warranty requirements before closing
  • Ensure correct codes and pricing on invoices; sublet at cost
  • Confirm "W" entries and pricing accuracy
  • Attach photos of damage (full, close-up, and area) to invoices
  • Submit claims through Kubota and document the claim number on the PO line
Service Customer Interaction
  • Support the Service Coordinator with scheduling
  • Provide daily updates to customers on machine repair status
Sales Support
  • Process service work request forms and convert them into job orders
  • Generate quotes for parts or labor as needed
  • Act as liaison for sales team-field questions, coordinate work, and provide hardcards to stakeholders
  • Serve as backup for the Service Coordinator during absences
What You'll Need (Qualifications & Experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service writing, parts coordination, or service coordination
  • Experience in a service department or repair shop environment
  • Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Proven ability to handle warranty documentation and claims
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and service teams
  • Proficiency in using service-management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs periodically
  • Reliable, customer-focused, and capable of working independently
