About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Associate to support Ruli's growth in the legal AI space. You'll assist in executing event strategy creating marketing materials, content and supporting sales enablement under the guidance of the Head of GTM. This role offers exposure to high‑level strategy and hands‑on experience in an emerging AI category.
Preferred Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) or Remote

What You'll Do
Plan, organize, and execute Ruli's presence at legal industry conferences, webinars and networking events.
Support the planning and coordination of webinars production with internal and external stakeholders, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotion, and post‑event follow‑up.
Coordinate project plan for sponsored events, both online/ in‑person presence, and speaking opportunities.
Track event ROI and gather insights to optimize future event strategies.
Social Media & Content Planning
Collaborate with Head of GTM to align content strategy with overall marketing goals such as product launches, events, and company milestones.
Repurpose webinar content, customer stories, and product updates into social‑ready formats.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy based on performance.
Create compelling sales materials including pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, and product comparison sheets (as needed).
Translate product capabilities into customer‑facing value propositions.
Collaborate with Sales team on outreach campaigns.
What You'll Bring
Required Experience
1-3 years of experience in product marketing, event marketing, or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
Proven track record of successfully managing events and webinars from concept to execution.
Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Product storytelling mindset – Ability to understand technical AI/legal products and translate them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
Highly organized multi‑tasker – Comfortable managing social calendars, event timelines, and content production simultaneously.
Creative problem‑solver – Can identify compelling angles for webinars, social posts, and sales materials.
Self‑starter with good judgment – Knows when to run with an idea and when to ask for input.
