You’ll work with regional leaders and local admissions and marketing teams to boost performance, strengthen team capability, and deliver on enrollment and revenue goals. This role combines strategic thinking and hands‑on leadership , perfect for someone who thrives in data‑driven environments and enjoys developing people across diverse cultures. Key Responsibilities Lead performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability‑building initiatives with school‑based marketing and admissions teams. Design and deliver training and share best practices to enhance performance across the region. Track key performance indicators, forecasts, and conversion data to guide decision‑making. Use analytics to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and support enrollment growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Fluent in English and Spanish (required) 5+ years in performance management, marketing, admissions, or a related leadership role. Proven experience managing teams and improving results through coaching and accountability. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; CRM experience preferred (Salesforce a plus). Background in customer‑focused or premium service industries. Ability to travel up to 50% across Latin America.
