Overview We’re looking for an outstanding Sr Analyst—someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of business. This is an opportunity for a digital media star, with Retail Media Network (RMN) experience, to actively drive performance for one of the largest brands on the planet. In this role, you can make a real difference in our clients’ business and our own.

Responsibilities

Manage campaign activities such as search campaign set‑up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation.

Identify and implement optimizations, build client decks and status documents, and attend client meetings as the face of our digital media plans.

Provide guidance, training and direct management of analysts; troubleshoot issues with publishers/platforms when they arise.

Collaborate with the full Omni/Shopper team to report results and foster client and vendor relationships.

Execute, manage and optimize all digital media campaigns and programs for agency clients, including platform media buying as well as direct‑to‑publisher programs.

Assist in developing program strategies and analyses for clients (keyword recommendation, day‑parting, timing/scheduling strategy) and translate these into final media recommendations.

Perform in‑platform campaign set‑up and support the QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, performance, troubleshooting and optimization.

Maintain QA and accountability for delivering campaigns with precision and aligning deliverables with client goals.

Oversee performance forecasts, budget allocations and provide data‑based rationale for recommendations.

Provide creative solutions to client challenges and foster relationships with internal and external teams.

Develop and maintain quality control procedures for campaign implementations.

Communicate value proposition, technology and processes related to agency account growth.

Adopt established account management standards and program management best practices.

Share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.

Share knowledge within capability and broader agency.

Encourage teamwork, collaboration and intellectual curiosity.

Act as strategic partner to off‑shore resources, ensuring alignment and sharing analyst responsibilities.

Assist in documenting best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and group.

Support manager in monthly, QBR, MMM reporting deliverables.

Keep up to date on industry trends and share highlights with the team.

Handle ad‑hoc reporting requests as they arise.

Qualifications

2–4 years of digital media experience, 1+ years of SEM/RMN/Shopper marketing experience.

Strong familiarity with digital environment and media planning/buying process (multi‑channel knowledge, search experience with Criteo, Target, Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, Citrus).

Attention to detail and analytical approach to achieving objectives.

Knowledge of media research tools with understanding of strengths and weaknesses.

Solid quantitative and research skills, proven data interpretation capability.

Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Excellent client presence and ability to lead discussions with internal and external leadership.

Ability to translate client objectives into search and media strategies.

Strong communication and writing skills; poised, precise, and kind when relating to others.

Compensation Range $66,785 – $92,295 annually (pay range at time of posting).
