Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
We’re hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead Marketing for the US and Canada. This role owns our HubSpot Marketing Hub for the region, drives AI‑enabled marketing, and builds a strong brand that fuels pipeline and strengthens sales relationships.
You’ll blend strategy, experimentation and hands‑on execution, working closely with Sales and Product to run multi‑touch ABM campaigns, activate intent data, and deliver content and programs that accelerate deals.
What You’ll Do
Own HubSpot for the region and build an automation, lead management and reporting engine that supports Sales.
Use AI to speed up content creation, testing, personalization and performance optimisation.
Run integrated demand programs across email, paid media, retargeting and partnerships.
Build our regional brand through sharp content, thought leadership and digital excellence.
Partner with Sales on target accounts, buyer signals, enablement materials and campaign impact.
Lead regional events and ensure strong follow‑up and conversion.
Report on pipeline contribution, velocity and ROI.
What You’ll Bring
Deep HubSpot expertise (admin‑level) and strong marketing ops capability.
Hands‑on ABM and demand generation experience that delivers real pipeline.
Confidence using AI tools for content, research, personalization and experimentation.
Strong digital skills: analytics, SEO, GA4/Tag Manager, attribution and funnel optimisation.
Excellent content and copywriting skills, with the ability to build brand presence.
Collaborative, commercially minded, and comfortable working with Sales and Product.
