We're looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Associate to learn and own our demand generation channels: SEO and paid digital. You’ll create keyword-optimized website content, improve conversions, and optimize our paid search campaigns.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a foundation in marketing at a fast-growing startup. What You’ll Do
Content Creation:
Ideate, plan, and manage the creation of engaging content, including blogs, landing pages, and videos. You’ll work with copywriters and designers to bring these ideas to life, and write copy for social media and website tests.
Keyword Optimization:
Work with SEO consultants to identify SEO keywords and create useful blogs and pages targeted to the keywords’ intent.
Website A/B Testing:
Plan, build, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve our website's performance and turn more visitors into leads.
Paid Search Optimization:
Contribute creative ideas and landing page tests for our paid digital campaigns and help the team execute and measure their success.
Measure Engagement and Conversion:
Track the success of our content and lead generation efforts.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our product and web development teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and use performance data to refine our content and campaigns.
Process Management:
Coordinate with our content team (designers, writers, developers) to keep projects on track and on time.
Explore and Implement New Tools:
Identify and adopt new tools, including AI, to advance our marketing capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
A growth mindset and a curiosity about new technologies like GenAI.
Writing samples that showcase your strategic thinking.
Eagerness to learn about marketing channels, metrics, and tools.
Bonus Points For
Prior experience in B2B marketing, especially in a tech or startup environment.
Experience with search tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), or WordPress.
Knowledge of A/B testing platforms (like VWO), Figma, or Jira.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000
