Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute high-speed PCB layout design projects using
Cadence Allegro Layout tool (v17.4 or above) .
Deliver complex PCB CAD layouts for
high-density, high-speed designs , including:
DDR4/LPDDR4 memory interfaces
Mixed analog/digital circuits
Apply
HDI microvia technology
and advanced stack‑up strategies for high‑performance boards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure
DFA/DFM/DFT compliance
for quality fabrication and assembly.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members to achieve quality deliverables.
Mandatory Skills
10–14 years of CAD experience
with proven expertise in
Cadence Allegro Layout tool (v17.4 or above) .
Hands‑on experience with
HDI microvia technology
in Allegro.
Strong knowledge of
CES
and high‑speed constraint‑driven design methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
Intel or complex SoC/Microprocessor/FPGA‑based PCB designs .
Familiarity with
high‑speed interfaces
and
signal integrity best practices .
Understanding of
quality assurance processes
for PCB fabrication and assembly.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum:
$92,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum:
$141,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need‑based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
