Job Description The Razorfish team is seeking a Media Planner to join our paid social team in New York City.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid social media plans; is responsible for results analysis and campaign maintenance

Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social and native advertising campaigns for assigned client(s), including coordination of assets, budget management, and reporting

Maintain and optimize campaigns to improve overall performance against pre‑determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis

Play a key role in strategy development across primary social partners, maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table

Analyzing and reporting data on a daily, weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc basis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)

2‑3 years of hands‑on, keyboard paid social experience across multiple social platforms

Knowledge of major and emerging social channels and a passion for the social media marketing space

Experience in the social campaign trafficking process (pre‑launch)

Strong familiarity with third‑party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms

Demonstrable experience working on enterprise‑level paid social media accounts with large budgets

Process‑oriented with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time and a keen eye for detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly; keen eye for detail also required

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Range: $59,850 - 90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
