An established Los Angeles–based contemporary brand is seeking a

Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator

to join its in-house creative team. This opportunity is initially structured as a part-time W2 role, 25 hours per week on-site days, with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance and business needs. The role will work directly with the Founder and Creative Director to conceptualize, produce, and manage social content that inspires and converts.

This role is in office 3 days a week

RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture and edit short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest

Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts and stories

Identify spontaneous, real-time content opportunities within the studio

Prepare, organize, and manage samples for photoshoots and influencer collaborations

Coordinate influencer gifting — handling logistics, tracking coverage, and summarizing results

Maintain a neatly organized digital content library for easy access

Engage daily with the online community using the brand’s voice and tone

Review analytics to identify performance trends and inform future creative direction

Collaborate on visual storytelling with the Creative Director and Founder

REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing

A strong eye for design, fashion, and social trends

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar creative tools

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Familiarity with Instagram Business or Meta Business Suite

A proactive, self-motivated mindset — you see opportunities before being asked

Bonus: prior experience in fashion, styling, or e-commerce
