About the role dub is looking for a Senior Video/Content Editor to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to own or collaborate across everything from strategically planning productions to developing creative for channels and placements across the full customer journey. This role is highly collaborative, with regular input and support from many departments, including design, production, and compliance, to together build a best-in-class creative program that solidifies dub as a lasting and recognizable brand.

This role requires someone who is comfortable setting and operating against aggressive goals for both quality and output, and will find creative and highly resourceful ways to get the job done. This person feels and demonstrates ownership over both how we work and what we produce.

Responsibilities

Lead the editing process from end to end - from raw footage to polished final cut - ensuring every piece of content across every customer touchpoint aligns with our brand and business goals

Optimize video content for performance by adapting edits for various needs (including ads, organic, and in-app)

Demonstrate ownership over our production workflows, ensuring high‑quality footage, clean/clear audio, and efficient post‑production handoffs

Leverage data, insights, and emerging trends to make the right editing decisions and experiment with new formats and styles

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in video and content editing, as well as motion graphics, preferably within a fast‑paced brand, agency, or high‑growth startup

Passionate about the creative and editing space - you have a large network and stay on top of news and innovation

A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to help create stories that also drive business outcomes

A balanced approach to your work - you’re creative yet data‑guided

Highly proactive and owner mentality

Proven ability to manage through ambiguity - you don’t need a list of detailed requirements, but can figure out a way to get the job done and done well

Job Notes

This is a hybrid role, and we ask that you come to the NYC office four or more times a week. This role may also require occasional travel.
