East West Hospitality
Slifer Smith & Frampton is seeking a creative and proactive
Social Media Content Coordinator
to help tell our story across platforms and markets. This junior‑to‑mid‑level role is ideal for a digital content creator who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about video, storytelling, and social strategy.
You’ll work closely with our in‑house marketing team and company leaders to create content that showcases our people, places, and purpose — highlighting both the luxury lifestyle of our markets and the community‑driven culture of our company.
This is not just a posting‑and‑planning role — it’s hands‑on, in‑the‑field, and rooted in bringing our brand to life in compelling, consistent, and thoughtful ways.
What You’ll Do
Plan & Schedule:
Collaborate on a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more — aligned with campaigns, events, and company culture moments.
Create & Capture:
Shoot and edit short‑form video (Reels, Stories, TikToks), internal agent interviews, and lifestyle content from our five markets. Must be comfortable behind the camera and in the field.
Format & Edit:
Prepare content in platform‑appropriate formats (e.g., 9:16 for social, 16:9 for internal use).
Collaborate:
Work cross‑functionally with marketing coordinators, executives, and agents to source content and bring their stories to life.
Support Events:
Attend company meetings, community events, and market activations to gather behind‑the‑scenes content and capture our culture in real time.
Analyze & Report:
Track content performance, engagement trends, and share insights to inform future strategy.
Stay Current:
Bring forward creative ideas based on industry trends, social media shifts, and cultural moments that align with the SSF brand.
Minimum Requirements Must‑Haves
1–3 years of experience in a social media, marketing, or content creation role
Hands‑on experience filming and editing short‑form video (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency
Basic knowledge of social media best practices across platforms
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Ability to travel regularly to SSF markets and attend key events in person
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle content creation
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, etc) and social tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
Comfort conducting interviews or appearing briefly on camera
Perks & Benefits
Pay: $27–$32 DOE
Schedule: 5‑day workweek M‑F
Location: Onsite SSF Office
Time Off: Paid holidays, PTO, sick time + sabbatical program
Health: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
Wellness: $1000 annual wellness bonus
Retirement: 401(k) with discretionary employer match
Extras: Home purchase discount, referral bonus, employee assistance program, and more
