Graphic Design Specialist Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
Location: Charlottesville, VA- This is not a remote position.

Position Overview The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creating high‑quality design assets that elevate Extraordinary Brands’ visual identity across multiple brands and channels. This multi‑faceted design role supports national marketing initiatives through print, digital, social media, brand identity development, seasonal campaigns, and creative production. You will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing, operations, and external vendors to ensure cohesive, consistent, and impactful visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
Create compelling, brand‑aligned graphic design assets for digital and print platforms.
Develop complete visual identity concepts for new initiatives, product lines, and brand refreshes.
Produce marketing collateral including print materials, digital graphics, social media content, signage, van wraps, environmental graphics, and promotional assets.
Present completed work to internal stakeholders and franchise owners, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
Support the development and execution of quarterly marketing strategies with consistent, high‑impact design.
Manage content calendars and collaborate on campaign planning across multiple brands.
Partner with external vendors for printing, production, and multimedia needs.
Assist in filming, editing, and photography sessions for marketing content.
Maintain accurate design files, brand guidelines, and asset libraries.
Uphold brand consistency across all Extraordinary Brands properties.
Desired Attributes
Proven experience creating user‑centered designs for multi‑platform digital and print environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of creative development workflows, interactive design, and brand strategy.
Ability to manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
Highly collaborative approach with internal teams, vendors, and franchise owners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and sell ideas.
Self‑drive, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
A keen eye for quality, detail, and design consistency.
Adaptability in an ever‑changing environment with shifting priorities.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow within a dynamic, creative team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of professional design experience preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
Experience supporting multi‑brand environments preferred.
Photography and/or video production experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements
Monday–Friday onsite schedule
Ability to lift and transport light materials for photo/video shoots
Occasional travel for brand events or franchise support

Compensation- Annual Salary is $55,000 with discretionary performance based bonus opportunities
