Title: Content Designer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA / Strongsville, OH / Dallas, TX / Phoenix, AZ or Remote
Function of the Group Combo of Mitigating Risk and Generating Revenue
Initiatives/Projects Personalization, additional content design support across money movement space
Industry background UX content design and writing experience
Team Dynamic Other content designers; highly collaborative environment with teams of designers and product owners. Interaction with developers and senior leadership or management. Contractual roles will also serve as the face of content review with Legal Interview.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead content creation and be a subject matter expert, working closely with designers to apply writing skills to an established product.
Identify problems and craft creative content solutions that educate and empower users.
Collaborate with other writers to maintain and deliver content guidelines that provide consistent language and labeling across a range of touchpoints.
Conduct user research; create test plans, interview guides, test scripts, and analysis documents.
Help shape the role of content in the design process, and partner with product managers for legal, risk and compliance reviews.
Have previous experience in content design, product writing, or writing for educational/instructional material.
Bonus: investment or financial knowledge or previous experience. Understand the power of language and be comfortable explaining work to non‑experts.
Excellent communication, confidence in explaining work and decision‑making skills.
Can work independently but also collaboratively.
Ability to dive in to understand what users are trying to do in digital solutions.
Good prioritization skills.
UX writing experience highly desired; good understanding of industry regulations/governance.

Previous familiarity with a regulated industry (legal, compliance, risk); could be healthcare, finance etc.
