to help us take Mezcla to the next level, part brand builder, part creative operator, part full-funnel strategist. Brand Strategy & Positioning Translate high-level positioning into clear, actionable campaigns that drive awareness and velocity. Serve as the guardian of brand voice, look, and feel across all channels. Partner with performance and leadership to ensure brand performance aligns with business goals. 2. Content & Creative Development Build and lead the brand’s creative engine, overseeing all content production (photo, video, design, storytelling). Develop a scalable, efficient content library for paid, social, trade, and retail needs. Manage agencies, creators, and in-house talent to deliver best-in-class creative that converts. Use analytics to continuously refine creative strategy and asset performance. 3. Full-Funnel Marketing Leadership Architect Mezcla’s integrated marketing ecosystem, from awareness through retention. Define and manage KPIs by funnel stage (awareness, engagement, velocity, efficiency). Partner closely with Performance Marketing to drive eCommerce and Retail.com success, ensuring cohesive storytelling, high-performing creative, and conversion-optimized strategies across digital shelves (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart.com, etc.). Oversee annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking in partnership with finance. 4. Influencer, Social & Community Build an always-on influencer and creator strategy that amplifies brand storytelling and generates UGC. Cultivate brand advocates and superfans who embody Mezcla’s values. Oversee social, influencer, partnerships, and cultural activations that expand brand reach authentically. Ensure community engagement reflects Mezcla’s voice, fun, human, inclusive, and real. 5. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Sales teams to translate brand equity into retail success. Collaborate with Ops, Innovation, and Finance to ensure marketing investments ladder up to profitability goals. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team and creative partners. You Are A brand builder with both creative taste and commercial acumen. A strategic thinker who knows how to translate vision into measurable results. Passionate about storytelling, culture, and connecting with communities authentically. Deeply familiar with digital ecosystems — including eCommerce, Retail.com, and retail media strategy. Skilled in digital, social, and influencer ecosystems. Experienced in building systems,not just campaigns,that scale. Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and stakeholders in a growth-stage environment. Obsessed with great food and brands that have heart. Experience 8–10+ years in marketing, brand, or creative strategy — ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands. Proven track record of leading brand refreshes, content strategies, and cross-functional campaigns. Strong grasp of both brand and performance marketing levers. Experience managing creative production (photo/video shoots, campaigns, influencer programs). Leadership experience managing teams and external partners. Outcomes for Year 1 Successfully launch Mezcla’s new brand identity and creative platform. Build a scalable content and influencer engine that drives measurable awareness and engagement. Establish Mezcla’s full-funnel marketing framework with clear KPIs and reporting. Improve creative efficiency (CAC, engagement rate, earned media) by Q4 2026.
