What You’ll Do As our Admin, Marketing, and Sales Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly and help us reach new heights. Your key responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support : Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining organized employee files and records.
Marketing Coordination : Help develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand, events, and services through social media, email marketing and more. This includes managing social media accounts, creating content, and analyzing campaign performance.
Sales Support : Collaborate with the team to identify sales opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support sales initiatives. Respond to large group dining inquiries and coordinate bookings.
Event Coordination : Assist to management in the planning and execution of events, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.
What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring a mix of skills, experience, and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a background in administration, marketing, or sales.
Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Creativity : A passion for marketing and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging campaigns. Graphic design experience is plus.
Tech-Savviness : Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and marketing software is a plus.
Team Player : A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
