Senior Web Developer
and help create exceptional digital experiences that make a difference. Based in
Chandler, Arizona , you’ll build and optimize web experiences that help parents in crisis find life-changing care for their teens and young adults. Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance websites, microsites, and landing pages using
HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript , and CMS platforms like
WordPress, Webflow, Elementor . Translate designs and UX prototypes into responsive, accessible web experiences. Build and maintain a
Design System
for reusable components and templates. Optimize site performance, accessibility, and
Core Web Vitals
while implementing technical SEO best practices. Manage integrations with analytics, tag managers, CRMs, and marketing tools. Conduct QA testing, troubleshoot issues, and support A/B testing for conversion optimization. Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams to align development with business goals. Ensure compliance with
HIPAA , privacy standards, and secure coding practices. Qualifications
Required :
4+ years
of professional web development experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in
front-end development
(HTML, CSS/SASS, PHP, JavaScript) and CMS customization. Strong understanding of
technical SEO , site architecture, and performance optimization. Experience with
Google Tag Manager, GA4 , and API integrations. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Benefits
