We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships with our clients in the automotive industry. This role is remote but requires some travel to meet with clients, ensuring a high-touch sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Manage and grow a portfolio of car dealership clients within the assigned region.

Identify new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with dealership decision-makers, including general managers and marketing teams.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to help dealerships achieve their marketing and sales goals.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, product, and client success teams) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Provide feedback to product and operations teams to enhance offerings based on client needs and market trends.

Performance Monitoring

Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Familiarity and use of AI tools/applications is a plus in this role.

Travel

Travel to client locations within the assigned region to conduct meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.

Requirements

Experience

7+ years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive, digital marketing, or ad tech industries.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

Experience working with car dealerships or in the automotive sector is highly desirable.

Skills

Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, ad tech platforms, and automotive marketing tools.

Knowledge of GA4, website structure, and SEO basics is a must.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement software.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Military or equitable experience will be considered.

Salary Range:

OTE $150,000 - $195,000
