Visual or interaction design experience (7+ years)
Experience in visual design for the web and mobile
Experience in user-centered design methods and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design discipline
Preferred
People leadership experience (2+ years)
Experience in the e-commerce space or retail space
eCommerce experience (B2C)
Experience presenting and articulating work to team members, peers and clients
Experience in the retail electricity provider space
Master’s degree
Responsibilities
Lead the design strategy for the Gexa and Frontier digital properties
Lead the user experience strategy and design across a portfolio of owned media
Partner with product and technology partners to identify opportunities and improvements
Utilize prototyping and usability studies to establish customer desirability
Provide direction and hands-on management of the Figma account that serves digital channels
Drive alignment and buy-in across senior executives through effective storytelling and strong user experience value propositions
Ensure digital customer touch points are consistent with Gexa’s user experience and brand standards
