JobDescription: Marketing, Events & Social Media Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing, Event & Social Media Manager to oversee our brand presence, event catering operations, and digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can balance strategy with execution, while ensuring a seamless customer experience across both physical and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Design and execute promotional campaigns (online and offline).

Collaborate with management to create seasonal promotions, partnerships, and loyalty programs.

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Events Management

Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events to promote the brand and engage customers. Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and onsite support, ensuring each event runs smoothly and achieves marketing objectives. Build relationships with local organizations and participate in community events to further enhance brand visibility.

Catering Management

Oversee all aspects of catering operations, from inquiry to execution.

Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, budgets, and preferences.

Work closely with food trucks and catering company staff to ensure quality, presentation, and timely delivery of catered events.

Manage catering logistics, staffing, and vendor relationships.

Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the catering process.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Develop and manage influencer and community partnerships.

Respond to messages, reviews, and inquiries promptly to foster engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in marketing, catering management, or social media management.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to multitask and manage events under pressure.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Creative eye for branding, photography, and visual content.
