We are seeking a creative and strategic
Communications & Graphic Design Specialist
to join our team onsite in Richmond, VA. This role will support the company's mission by producing compelling content and visuals that engage members, promote manufacturing initiatives, and strengthen our brand presence across digital and print platforms. Responsibilities
Write and edit email newsletters, social media posts (LinkedIn), and press releases. Design flyers, social media graphics, and e-newsletter visuals. Develop brand identity and maintain existing brand standards. Update website content using WordPress. Capture photos and videos at events; edit short videos (≤30 seconds) for social media reels. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Strong writing and editing skills. Experience with WordPress and basic video editing. Ability to create brand-consistent designs and manage multiple projects. Experience with CANVA Preferred
Social media strategy and analytics experience. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Compensation: $20-$25 an hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
