What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create buyer personas that outline needs, pain points, and behaviors to design effective multi-channel marketing campaigns
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within existing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement
Design and implement experiments across various marketing channels, iterating on messaging and assets based on results
Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, lead generation efforts, and targeting strategies
Drive revenue growth through data analysis, experimentation, and strategic execution
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing
Demonstrated understanding of integrated campaign architecture and the customer decision journey
Proficiency in analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools for campaign performance insights
Strong technical skills in Excel (or Google Sheets) for data manipulation and visualization, as well as familiarity with web analytics tools
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with small to medium businesses (SMB), payments, or point of sale systems
Resourceful and self-motivated marketer with the ability to achieve objectives independently
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
