Job Title: Graphic Designer, Full Time/Flexible
Reports to: Creative Director
Job Purpose:
A hybrid design professional responsible for creating and executing high‑quality visual content across digital, social and print platforms. Candidate thrives in the details of clean, intentional design and loves collaborating on print and brand design, websites and digital campaigns that engage and perform. Part of a tight‑knit team where ideas have impact, this role collaborates closely with our creative and project management teams to concept, design and refine digital experiences that align with our clients’ brands and goals.
Job Responsibilities: Brand & Creative Design (70%)
Develop high‑quality, concept‑driven visual solutions for web, social, brand, marketing, ad campaigns, print, presentations, interfaces, motion and animations focusing on delivering excellence
Support and extend brand systems across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and creative polish
Collaborate with writers, developers and account leads to bring ideas to life
Ensure all work aligns with client brand guidelines, project objectives and client expectations
UI/UX Design (25%)
Design website layouts, page templates and digital interfaces in Figma
Contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience and brand storytelling
Apply UX best practices to ensure responsive and intuitive layouts
Prepare files and specifications for developer handoff
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless execution of digital designs
Project & Workflow Management (5%)
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Utilize project management tools to track progress and collaborate with the team
Keep up with industry trends, design innovation, and emerging technologies
Reviews own work to ensure accurate, error‑free results and quality assurance

Qualifications
5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or creative setting
Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva
Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and digital best practices
Ability to think conceptually and strategically, not just aesthetically
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfort working within existing brand systems while adding creative polish
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
A self‑starter attitude—comfortable working independently but loves team input
Salary Range: $47,900 - 55,900
Total Compensation = $51,400 - 59,400 with health insurance benefit coverage at 80% by employer (estimated for example purposes only as a single, healthy individual age 35)
