Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting the InCheck brand and driving growth through overall marketing initiatives, including campaigns, messaging, trend analysis, and insights. The Senior Marketing Specialist will work closely with InCheck’s Demand Generation Specialist to execute marketing programs that expand the sales pipeline while utilizing data to optimize performance. The Senior Marketing Specialist reports to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Brand & Messaging

Own the messaging framework, brand voice/tone, and editorial calendar for integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

Establish and enforce brand governance and review/approval standards.

Content & Sales Enablement

Lead strategy and production of sales assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies) with clear pipeline impact.

Identify content opportunities and drive multi-channel distribution to build awareness and demand.

Demand Generation & Nurtures

Partner with Demand Gen to shape GTM narratives, channel mix, and top-of-funnel goals while supporting long-term brand positioning.

Build and manage nurture programs with Sales to move SQLs through the funnel to closed-won.

Campaigns & Programs

Plan and execute creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, digital, advertising, and more).

Manage agencies and freelancers to produce content and branded materials (collateral, trade-show items, etc.).

Events & Field Marketing

Own the annual trade-show and conference plan and execution in partnership with Sales and Marketing Ops.

Create awareness and generate leads by engaging customers, prospects, and partners at regional events.

Operations, Vendors & Reporting

Source, order, and maintain promotional materials; manage vendor relationships and inventory.

Compile campaign reports and analyze performance (traffic, conversion, pipeline) to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to write and communicate effectively and creatively

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies

Ability to build relationships through social skills and a friendly disposition

Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work with short and strict deadlines

Strong systems proficiency with the capacity to learn and utilize other software platforms to enhance marketing efforts

Qualifications – Experience

At least 6 years’ experience in a marketing-related role; 9+ years preferred

Background screening or near-industry experience (HR Tech, staffing/recruiting) required

Experience in a growth-stage organization

Experience with marketing automation tools and building sales-connected workflows within CRM (Hubspot preferred)

Experience with online analytics tools/dashboards and KPI tracking

Travel Travel is expected

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct report management responsibilities.

Education Certificate in marketing or related field, post-secondary degree preferred.
