Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
Will perform large-scale paid search initiatives, using data analysis to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
Build and refine campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, and creatives
Drive performance across domestic and international markets (English and multilingual)
Analyze search data and internal metrics to identify trends and maximize ROI
Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
Launch localized campaigns in new markets
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on landing page optimization and quality score improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant field or equivalent experience
At least 5+ years of hands‑on SEM experience (Google, Bing)
Strong experience leading large-scale paid search initiatives, managing substantial budgets, and using data analysis to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
Proven success managing and scaling paid search campaigns
Proficiency with bulk tools (Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor)
Expertise in bidding platforms (Google Smart Bidding, Kenshoo, etc.)
Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel
Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and a self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Bonus Points
Experience in startups or early‑stage companies
Experience managing complex advertising accounts
Background in travel or hospitality or e‑commerce
Familiarity with search experience products
Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
