Tell us about your department Advertising Analytics (fka Reporting & Insights) acts as the liaison between the advertising (media) campaign data and external vendor partners (aka advertisers), as well as our internal partners. We storytell with the data, identify data latency issues, respond to intra‑campaign reporting questions, and work internally with media strategy partners to identify manual campaign optimization opportunities.
Responsibilities The role will not be vendor facing; at least not initially. We need an individual who is highly knowledgeable about campaign analytics across multiple marketing channels, as ramp up time in role will be limited. This individual will be working off a ticket system to complete analysis requests coming in from our full‑time employee team members; these will range from putting QBR content together, to ad‑hoc campaign analysis; this team member will be expected to work with team members to understand analysis scope and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills
8+ years demonstrating advanced‑level Microsoft Excel skills
8+ years of media campaign analysis across multiple marketing channels
Strong communication skills including proactive communication, drives analysis with minimal oversight, ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes
Preferred Skills
Strong soft skills
Ability to work independently
1+ year of RMN analytics experience
