As a Professional Security Shift Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on your assigned shift, acting as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers. You will supervise staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate quality security services during assigned shift.
Act as liaison between site supervisor, account manager/field operations manager, and professional security officers.
Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved limits.
Maintain effective communication and documentation, including reports and logs.
Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Operate drones and perform video editing duties as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
Frequent preparation of written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
Delivery of reports and logs maintaining operational procedures and instructions.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment (subject to state/local laws).
Valid driver’s license; clean driving record with no major violations in last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, and no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
Successful completion of background investigation and pre‑employment drug/alcohol test; driver’s record check may be required.
Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
Work in various environments: cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders.
Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.
FAA Part 107 drone pilot license required.
Video editing experience required.
Twic Card preferred.
