About This Role The Textron Systems Marketing & Communications Co‑op will support the team across a variety of projects and tasks, while learning core technical‑functional skills to support their professional growth.
Trade Shows and Events
Employee and Leader Communications
External Communications
Marketing
These projects and tasks will include (but are not limited to):
Writing high‑impact employee‑facing and external communications to support a variety of audiences and channels
Supporting trade show and event planning
Creating materials to support products and programs, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, etc.
Conducting market research
Supporting achievement and reporting of corporate and team key performance indicators
Contributing to other projects or special programs and support cross‑functional initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Exemplary writing, editing and presentation skills.
Experience with employee communications, social media and/or content development.
Strong detail orientation, project planning and execution skills.
Action‑oriented self‑starter.
Ability to engage with colleagues across the business, from our shop floors to our executive team, with confidence and competence.
Resourceful problem solver.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
This position requires an individual to be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Pay Range: For our intern program the pay ranges are determined by factors such as anticipated graduation year.
Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs.
