Senior Writer - Brand Management

Summary This role is responsible for shaping and articulating the brand voice across marketing and digital channels. The Senior Writer will develop and refine copy for campaigns, webpages, marketing materials, scripts, and internal brand resources, ensuring clear, consistent storytelling aligned with brand guidelines. This role also contributes to voice and tone documentation and leverages AI tools to support creativity and efficiency.
Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in copywriting across brand, marketing, and digital content
Passion for brand storytelling with a strong foundation in voice, tone, and multichannel writing
Proficient in writing, editing, proofreading, and adapting copy for diverse audiences and formats
Familiar with AI-assisted writing tools and capable of using them effectively in creative workflows
Skilled in collaborating with brand, design, marketing, and cross-functional teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Experience with brand documentation, messaging systems, or content governance is a plus
Job Description In this role, you will produce and refine clear, compelling copy that expresses the brand voice across digital, marketing, and internal channels. You'll partner with brand, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in message, voice, and tone across all touchpoints. This includes writing and editing copy for web pages, email, digital experiences, marketing materials, scripts, and internal brand documents.
You will also support updates to brand language, voice and tone guidelines, and other documentation while using AI tools to enhance ideation, drafting, and editing in alignment with brand standards.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience
Background in copywriting, brand marketing, content strategy, or digital communications
Experience in regulated industries (financial services, asset management, etc.) is preferred but not required
Understanding of SEO, UX writing, or digital content optimization is a plus
Additional Requirements
This opportunity is located in Los Angeles, CA, and requires hybrid on-site work Monday-Thursday (WFH on Friday)
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $62.00 - $65.52 per hour
This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked
