BoxCrush®, an Indianapolis digital marketing and website development agency established in 2002, is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The right candidate will have a tolerance of humor, a strong work ethic, and a proven background of improving ROI on web properties.
We are seeking applicants with deep knowledge of A/B testing and lead generation that understand how to use marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot), to test multiple landing pages until success is achieved, and to make sure marketing efforts have a high success rate.
Availability BoxCrush® is seeking full-time applicants. This position is on‑site at the BoxCrush office in Indianapolis, IN. (Flexible hours during the Pandemic.)
Responsibilities
Work with sales and marketing teams to determine effective outcomes for each client
Work with BoxCrush team and clients to determine KPIs
Increase each client’s qualified leads by x% from previous year
Create and improve digital marketing strategies for multiple client profiles
Work with UX designers and coding team to create optimized user experiences that drive growth and revenue
Work with content development team to setup landing pages and drive traffic to them
Use statistical analysis and experimentation to improve the performance and conversion rates of web pages, ad campaigns, social media efforts, and organic search strategies
Create integrated marketing strategy, tying together organic search, ads, social media, and user behavior
Guide SEO enhancements, develop optimization, and marketing strategy; oversee implementation, conduct ongoing experimentation, and track results of individual keyword phrases
Necessary Skills
Proven track record with B2B lead generation using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing
A 3+ year background in analytics‑focused marketing
High level of proficiency with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
Ability to create analytics plan management and reporting
Ability to create marketing campaigns that result in lead generation
Experience with audience analysis and persona development
Experience with BoxCrush core services:
Google Ads/PPC
User Experience Analysis
Marketing Automation
Social Media Advertising and growing audiences
Content Strategy
Email Marketing Management
Helpful Skills (Will be expected to learn)
HubSpot and Google certifications
Ability to perform SEO analysis on websites
Experience with:
Google Tag Manager
Google Optimize
Moz, Ahrefs, and SEMRush
HubSpot
Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
Familiarity with BoxCrush core services:
UX/Design
Website function
Search Engine Optimization
Location Services
Compensation And Benefits Compensation includes a salary based on knowledge and experience. Perks of employment include:
