In partnership with Avigilon, we design and deliver video analytics, network video management software, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions that are used by schools, transportation systems, healthcare centers, and other critical infrastructures.

Job Description Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Channel Sales Executive acts as a primary contact for all video solution selling initiatives with end-users in the territory, proactively managing relationships and deploying sales actions and strategies to grow business and meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Develop new business with end customers to be fulfilled via partner channel

Meet or exceed assigned revenue and project quotas focused on Avigilon products and services

Promote and market Avigilon’s products and services within the assigned territory and named accounts

Create, nurture, and respond to sales opportunities for Avigilon’s products and services

Manage a healthy sales funnel

Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work and track sales activities

New account development and prospecting on a daily basis

Work with vertical marketing teams to identify end‑user engagement opportunities through associations, conferences, and tradeshows

Lead solution development efforts that best address end‑user needs, coordinating all necessary personnel

Attain “Trusted Advisor” status with customers and channel partners to enable increased system and business development

Perform sales forecasting and maintain CRM data

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3+ years of technical or solutions sales experience

Experience with physical security solutions is a plus

Experience with channel strategies and initiatives

Strong technical acumen and ability to discuss Avigilon products to customers

Ability to forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Proven record of delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships

Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills

Strong time‑management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Functional understanding of Microsoft and Google applications (Excel/Sheets)

Exceptional presentation and computer skills

Ability to travel up to 50% of time within the territory

Established client base in assigned territory is a plus

Location & Travel Requirements Seeking candidates based in the Columbia, South Carolina area. Travel will be up to 50% of the time (car and air within the territory, occasional within‑territory travel).

Target Base Salary Range $85,000 – $90,000 per annum, plus incentive bonus plans.
