Sun Solar is seeking a determined full-time Appointment Setter to sell our professional solar energy services and assist our clients over the phone. This full-time position earns $15.00 per hour, plus bonuses and commission opportunities. Hours during the evening and Saturdays may also be available. The position is eligible for great benefits, including paid training, 401k after six months, medical, dental, vision, supplemental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid time off (PTO).

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN APPOINTMENT SETTER In this appointment setting role, you act as a liaison between the customer and company to ensure effective communication and manage expectations. You may be the first point of contact with the company, so you always have a good attitude and give our clients a positive experience. You are busy doing anything from conducting follow-up calls to contacting potential customers and explaining our business. Ensuring that customers are happy gives you a great sense of accomplishment.

Responsibilities

Conduct follow-up calls and contact potential customers

Explain the business and solar energy services to customers

Ensure effective communication and manage expectations between customers and the company

Maintain a positive attitude and provide a positive experience

Compensation and Benefits This full-time position earns $15.00/hr plus bonuses and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have excellent phone etiquette and customer service/telecommunications experience

Positive attitude that contributes to high company morale

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to connect with our customers and build strong relationships

Being an effective communicator
