Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Community Manager role located in Flagstaff, AZ. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintaining occupancy rates, managing property staff, handling budgets, and ensuring overall property excellence. The ideal candidate will focus on providing high‑quality service to both tenants and property owners.

Qualifications

Property Management and Tenant Relations experience

Staff Leadership and Team Management skills

Budget Oversight and Financial Reporting capabilities

Facility Maintenance Coordination and Vendor Communication experience

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication abilities

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Prior experience in multifamily residential property management is highly advantageous
