We are currently organizing a high-profile, invite-only creative summit and media event scheduled for Grammy Week (Jan 21–26) in Los Angeles. The event will activate a landmark estate with 24/7 programming, featuring A-list recording artists, producers, and industry executives.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Executive or Commercial Consultant to lead the acquisition of a Presenting Partner for this property. You will be responsible for structuring and closing a high-value media rights and experiential package with a Tier-1 technology, streaming, or lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy: Rapidly package exclusive media rights (livestream) and experiential assets for immediate sale.
  • Deal Execution: Leverage existing relationships with decision-makers at major DSPs (Digital Service Providers), streaming platforms, and global brands to secure a presenting partnership within a condensed timeline.
  • Negotiation: Manage high-level negotiations regarding IP usage, broadcast rights, and brand integration.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Music Business Development, or Entertainment Marketing.
  • Proven Network: Demonstrated access to C‑Suite and VP‑level leadership at companies such as Amazon, Google/YouTube, Apple, or major lifestyle conglomerates.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive talent information and confidential deal points with professionalism.

  • Competitive project fee structure with significant performance-based incentives (commission/success fee).
