Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing company correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
Support communication between departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate records of communications, reports, and contact information.
Assist in event coordination, community initiatives, and company functions.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
