What You'll Do:
Your Responsibilities: Marketing & Content
Elevate Our Brand: Help execute marketing strategies and sponsor activations, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium identity.
Create Engaging Content: Capture compelling behind-the-scenes content for our social media, website, and promotional materials.
Enhance Audience Experience: Contribute creative ideas to boost audience engagement and help translate our brand story into tangible experiences.
Manage Communications: Assist with internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels.
Event Operations
Support Live Events: Provide hands-on support with event planning, setup, and on-the-day logistics.
Coordinate with Partners: Work with vendors, sponsors, and artists to ensure seamless operations.
Deliver Guest Experience: Assist with ticketing, hospitality needs, and on-site support to deliver a flawless guest journey.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and creative individual with a passion for live events and brand storytelling.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field.
Skills: You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail. You should have strong communication and people skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Passion: A genuine passion for live music, events, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
Availability: You must be available to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
Software Skills: Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a significant plus.
