Position Summary We are Ridgmar Medical Lodge, a state‑of‑the‑art facility in Fort Worth, TX. We are hiring a Marketing Director to lead our marketing and public relations efforts. Location Ridgmar Medical Lodge - Fort Worth, TX Day Responsibilities Read, write, speak, and understand English. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation. Implement effective marketing and public relations programs. Seek new methods and principles and incorporate them into existing practices. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent (five years’ experience in marketing/public relations in a health‑care setting may be recognized in lieu of a bachelor’s degree). Experience: Thorough knowledge of principles of effective communication, mass media, advertising, policies, education, community relations, public relations, government relations, etc., as they relate to nursing facility operations. Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas to community groups and agencies. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze information, and make recommendations to the Administrator.
