The studio's content now reaches more than a billion people every day across the world: in as many as 180 countries, across six continents, in 30 different languages. The Executive Assistant provides support to the Vice President of Series and Director of Series by proactively managing and organizing heavy calendar scheduling, phone lines, and booking travel arrangements. The Series team oversees projects that are currently on the air across multiple broadcast and streaming platforms. They work closely with the showrunners, writers, producers, and directors as creative liaisons between the networks and the studio. The team is involved in every step of the creative process from script to screen. Responsibilities

Proactively manage smooth operations of the executives' calendar, record-keeping, and office, being mindful of deadlines and priorities Assist with various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, rolling calls, and processing expense reports Watch cuts and read incoming scripts to write loglines and log material Update grids with staff lists and production calendars Be familiar with all internal department points of contact, as well as their counterparts at the Network or Streamer Create clip selections from dailies for internal viewing Track incoming material and staffing submissions Collect information for timely internal memo Take notes on meetings and calls Basic Qualifications

1+ years of administrative assistant experience at a studio, network, production company or talent agency Able to present information in a confident, well-articulated, creative and engaging manner Proven ability to multitask and work independently with little direction and follow up, in a team environment, with changing priorities Literacy in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and oral communication skills Critical thinking & problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience interning at a studio or network Agency experience Passion for learning and eagerness to be a team player Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $54,000 to $72,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
