We seek an individual with a keen eye for storytelling through video editing. This particular role is supporting one of our Los Angeles‑based channel managers, so local candidates only. Key Responsibilities
Video Production: Edit raw footage into compelling, high‑quality videos for our YouTube channel, focusing on narrative flow and visual appeal
Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of YouTube trends, audience analytics, and platform updates to tailor our content strategy effectively
Visual and Audio Enhancement: Apply visual effects, transitions, graphics, and audio enhancements to create standout videos
Asset Management: Efficiently organize and manage video resources for quick and effective content delivery
Compilation Editing: Master the art of creating engaging compilation videos from talent show performances
Requirements
Editing Proficiency: Must possess exceptional video editing skills with the capability to produce 2‑10 videos daily in a high‑speed environment
Adaptability: Comfortable with rapid changes and able to pivot quickly; a true team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
