Job Summary We are seeking a hospitality focused Marketing Manager to join our team in Elmhurst, IL. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for branding and marketing initiatives across IL, IA and WI, and potentially other West Division opportunities. The role will communicate, train and support implementation of marketing and merchandising elements for all consumer experience programs and services, and partner with senior portfolio & culinary leadership (RVP) to drive growth, innovation, customer & client experiences, and steward the Eurest brand. The Manager will develop and maintain promotional materials, digital applications, and service innovations in the business. This position requires regular regional car travel; a company car will be provided. Coverage includes Illinois & Wisconsin markets (many accounts concentrated in the Chicago area). Key Responsibilities Creates solutions that enhance the customer dining experience. Serves as a centralized planning resource, overseeing marketing content and standards. Creates and participates in client innovation updates, making strategic recommendations based on consumer insights. Utilizes industry market research to validate project objectives and capitalize on emerging trends. Collaborates with onsite marketing managers to ensure quality and alignment. Supports dining operations with monthly marketing implementation, quality assurance standards, presentation needs, site visitations and account reviews. Develops innovations that keep the region current and on trend with marketing and merchandising practices, maintaining a competitive edge with local food retailers and corporations. Supports regional opening requirements related to FOH, marketing and communication, while following Eurest brand standards. Develops marketing strategies with strong curiosity of evolving marketing landscapes and service models to stay ahead on industry trends. Works with operational services, IT, print, digital execution, and other vendors as necessary. Strategizes regularly with regional and district culinary leaders to ensure marketing & culinary are aligned to drive revenue, open new business effectively, and create an elevated standard that is executable. Works with corporate sales, marketing & creative services, wellness and culinary when needed for regional site tours and refreshes. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and 3‑4 years of communications, marketing, operations and/or relevant experience in a similar role. Food & Beverage operations or marketing experience strongly preferred. Travel to various locations within the Midwest Region, or nationally as needed. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong sense of merchandising and station presentation. Strong writing skills to assist and create brand materials and voice. Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and client commitments. Proficient with Canva & PowerPoint. High proficiency in using marketing analytics tools is a plus.
