Role Description This role is ideal for someone who loves both the artistry and strategy of social media- someone who can balance creative storytelling with data-driven insights and who has a true appreciation for ballet culture and the dancer's experience. This is a part-time position and remote friendly. Our US headquarters are located in Wayne, PA. The Social Media Coordinator Will manage and implement social media strategies, create engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit. Responsibilities include producing written and visual content, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Develop innovative strategies to grow and maintain Virtisse's online presence while increasing engagement and reach. Coordinate with the Virtisse team and ambassadors to source authentic, high quality photos and video content. Execute social media campaigns and product launch initiatives to support brand growth. Write clear, on-brand copy that reflects the artistry, precision and personality of Virtisse. Engage with followers, studios and dancers - responding to comments, DMs and tagged posts to build community and brand loyalty. Monitor social media trends, sounds, and features relevant to dance and the performing arts. Manage and maintain the content calendar and digital asset library. Support influencer collaborations and ambassador campaigns, including coordination and tracking deliverables. Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign success; prepare monthly reports to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in managing paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok), including audience targeting, ad creation and performance tracking. Partner with the sales team to promote launches, restocks, and events while ensuring consistent brand messaging. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience managing social media for a brand Deep understanding of ballet terminology, training and culture - ideally through personal dance experience.
