Join Our Team as a Content Strategist! We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to design and implement content strategies that deliver exceptional user experiences across digital platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Information Architecture (IA) and taxonomy development to ensure content is structured, organized, and easily discoverable.

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Work Model: 5 Days a week in office

Experience: 6+ Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $98,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.

Design and maintain information architecture, navigation models, and content hierarchies for websites, apps, and digital products.

Create and manage taxonomy frameworks, metadata standards, and tagging systems to improve content findability and personalization.

Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of content strategy into design and development processes.

Conduct content audits and gap analyses to optimize existing content and identify opportunities for improvement.

Define governance models and workflows for content creation, review, and publishing.

Use analytics and user research to inform content decisions and measure performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Information Architect, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of IA principles, taxonomy design, and metadata management.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content structures.

Experience with SEO best practices

Accessibility standards is a plus.
