The Professional Solutions team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.

The Product Marketing Manager, Professional Solutions will serve as a key member of the Lens Marketing Team, responsible for developing and executing lens strategies and managing day-to-day product activities for Lens Products in the North America market. They will work closely with other members of the Lens Marketing Team as well as other departments (sales, pricing, operations, supply chain, etc.) to launch new innovations and facilitate initiatives to grow the business.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the development of product activation plans, ensuring effective positioning of the portfolio across channels of trade.

Align with Global Marketing Teams to integrate new product innovations and technology enhancements into the lens portfolio.

Develop accurate forecasting of sales and product volumes to ensure Supply Chain is appropriately stocked to fulfill demand.

Lead the localization efforts of marketing collateral and ensure availability to effectively support the Sales Team in the field.

Work with internal teams to develop comprehensive trade & consumer media plans, identifying new and unique ways to leverage PR and social media to drive awareness.

Engage commercial teams to adapt product information and develop key initiatives to suit different customer groups and drive product growth.

Maintain strong knowledge of lens products, including existing and new products, technologies, and availability across the full portfolio.

Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance with support from Marketing Analytics.

Oversee the development and execution of targeted lens programs and promotions.

Organize and present the product portion of all “Brand Immersion” training sessions.

Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and specific product needs affecting the lens business.

Manage updated product messaging and claims documentation for key internal and external use.

Basic Qualifications

5–7 years of product marketing or brand management experience, preferably in the optical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. MBA a plus.

Strong presentation and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lead and/or work in cross-functional groups

Ability to maintain professional relationships and open communication with all business contacts, including executives, sales teams, and customers.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
