About the Role As a Public Relations Assistant, you will focus exclusively on
in-person events, community outreach, and brand representation . You’ll work alongside our event managers to help create positive public experiences, engage with attendees, and ensure our clients are represented professionally and effectively at every event.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of on-site promotional events and community outreach activities
Greet and engage with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about the client or campaign
Represent partner brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer service
Assist with event setup, staging, displays, and breakdown
Communicate key talking points and campaign messaging to the public
Help gather attendee feedback and relay observations to the event leadership team
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event flow and strong public representation
Maintain a positive, professional presence at all events

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and approachable personality
Comfortable speaking with people in face-to-face environments
Strong work ethic and reliable team player
Ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-energy event settings
No previous PR or event experience required —
