Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level User Experience Product Graphic Designer to join our multidisciplinary user experience design team. This role is ideal for a designer with 3-7 years of experience who is passionate about improving lives through thoughtful, user-centered design.
As a Product Graphic Designer at Intuitive, you'll help shape the visual language of robotic-assisted surgery. You'll create elegant solutions to complex user challenges-translating technical requirements and ergonomic constraints into clear, intuitive graphics that guide users through critical workflows. Your work will distill the most important information for visual clarity, helping clinicians make fast, confident decisions in high-stakes environments.
You'll contribute to elevating the brand across our entire ecosystem: robotic systems, surgical instruments, packaging, and instructions for use. Every graphic you design will be part of a larger system that supports usability, safety, and trust. You'll collaborate with industrial designers, engineers, and clinical teams to ensure that every visual element is purposeful, manufacturable, and aligned with our mission to improve patient outcomes.
This is a role for designers who thrive on precision, storytelling, and impact-where your craft directly contributes to healing and innovation.
Position Description
As a User Experience Product Graphic Designer, you will be a key contributor to the User Experience Design team, responsible for creating graphics that enhance the clarity, usability, and aesthetic quality of our robotic-assisted surgical systems. This role requires a designer who is both creative and technically adept, capable of translating complex engineering and ergonomic requirements into elegant visual solutions. You will be expected to contribute projects independently, contribute to design strategy, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
You'll be joining a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Your work will directly impact the experience of surgeons, nurses, and technicians around the world, helping them perform life-changing procedures with confidence and precision.
