About the Role We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives in the world of Reels, TikTok trends, aesthetic visuals, and influencer culture. Someone who loves creating content that makes people stop scrolling. Someone who can chat with influencers like friends, plan a content calendar like a pro, and bring fresh ideas to every campaign. What You’ll Be Doing (aka the fun stuff) Content Creation A major part of the role — must be comfortable creating and appearing in on-camera content when needed. All content can be captured on your phone. Concept, film, and edit Reels + TikToks that feel modern, fun, and on-brand Shoot product and lifestyle content Add creative transitions, text overlays, and trending audio Build content around launches, seasons, collabs, and campaigns Jump into trends early and adapt them to our brand Content Planning Build weekly content calendars that keep everything organized Draft captions that sound playful, polished, and very Beau Bottles Help brainstorm new creative ideas for every season Schedule posts and handle basic community engagement Influencer Partnerships We use Influencer Hero, which makes these partnerships easy and fun! Find creators who match the Beau Bottles vibe and manage outreach, DMs, coordination, and ongoing relationships Manage gifting and affiliate codes Track who posted, who still needs to post, and what content performed Other Things You’ll Help With Creative brainstorming and campaign ideas Seasonal launch content planning Creating Meta ads using usebutter.com ( This is important. Will train, but if you’re familiar with Canva, usebutter.com will be easy to learn. ) Bringing personality into everything you touch Who You Are You’re creative, fun, and great at making things look beautiful You love TikTok and Instagram — and you understand that it is more than just posting. There is a strategy behind it, and it’s always changing. You can film and edit short‑form videos confidently You write captions that sound human, upbeat, and entertaining You’re organized and deadline‑oriented You bring ideas — lots of them You’re excited to help build a brand with momentum Required Experience filming and editing Reels/TikToks Comfortable behind and in front of the camera Ability to work independently and manage priorities Bonus (but not required) Photography or product styling experience Familiarity with influencer platforms Familiarity with Meta Business Suite Interest in lifestyle, gifting, or e‑commerce brands Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Digital Media.
