SUMMARY
Assist and support the assigned area with coordinating and capturing video and photo content, and producing a variety of digital media including videos, reels, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, digital signage, web pages, and other multimedia materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Ensure the availability and functionality of audiovisual and media equipment by maintaining inventory and obtaining quotes for new or replacement items as needed.
2. Organize and streamline video production efforts by creating and managing a calendar for video shoots, reels, recordings, and interviews.
3. Support effective storytelling and communication by drafting scripts for videos and reels and preparing questions for interviews.
4. Record events and key individuals by capturing video and uploading clips to the designated archive.
5. Enhance engagement through post-production of video content and ensure timely delivery by uploading final reels/videos to appropriate platforms.
6. Promote events, initiatives, and stories by creating and sharing digital content across HCC social media platforms.
7. Maintain consistent messaging and workflow efficiency by coordinating with identified team members.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Associate degree required
Bachelor's degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
2 years' experience in video production and other digital content creation required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Experience with MS Office Programs and Adobe Suite.
2. Proficiency with PC and Mac devices
3. Proficiency with graphic design and social media platforms.
4. Experience with digital content and animation.
5. Project Management skills.
