Work arrangement

  • Hybrid : 4 days per week in office.

Qualifications

  • Years of experience : 4–6 years in growth or performance marketing at B2B SaaS companies.
  • 2+ years at a high‑caliber / well‑known start‑up (Series A‑C) with significant growth.
  • Experience running paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Comfortable with experiments, micro‑apps, landing pages, out‑of‑home, partnerships, and testing.
  • Strong analytical mindset to track results, tweak relentlessly, and know when to discontinue ideas.
  • Experience with content & SEO: publishing, promoting blogs, guides, changelogs, on‑page optimization, and distribution.
  • Knowledge of product & brand support, channel‑specific campaigns, and event organization.

Job responsibilities

  • Own growth & acquisition strategy.
  • Run & optimize paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Spin up experiments: micro‑apps, landing pages, partnerships.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to ship quickly and test often.
  • Track results, adjust tactics, and decide when to pause initiatives.
  • Manage content & SEO efforts: ensuring blogs, guides, and changelogs are published, promoted, and visible.
  • Maintain SEO momentum with smart on‑page optimization & distribution.
  • Support product launches with channel‑specific campaigns.
  • Organize in‑person events and drive founder visibility via podcast, events, and PR outreach.
